This post shows my first draft front cover to my final front cover and the progress that the magazine has made. I have changed the image to something more appropriate and I have tried out different combinations of colour to see what works best. I have changed my cover lines so that they are more appealing to my target audience and chosen genre. The fonts I have used vary from Gill Sans MT, Gill Sans MT Condensed and Harabara Mais Demo. I have created a pug using the fireworks tools that shows the Platinum readers what they can win inside the magazine. The anchorage text has been kerned to create bigger spaces inbetween the letters to create emphasis on the text. The masthead has had a drop shadow affect which makes it stand out.
